I highly recommend Mountain View Imports. I've been bringing my BMW here for years. Alyssa is so knowledgable, helpful and customer service oriented. James is a masterful mechanic and a great guy who takes the time to explain the situation, understand my needs, and determine the best solution for me. Their pricing is certainly fair, and I trust them completely - which is so rare for an auto repair facility. I would never go anywhere else.

Mt. View was recommended to us for our Audi Q7 by another mechanic. Alyssa is terrific. She communicates clearly any issues and makes every attempt to do what's best for the customer. She has worked with our warranty program and is always timely in phone class and emails. James has gone out of his way to highlight issues and guide us through routine maintenance specific for our car. He genuinely loves working on cars and is immensely helpful with any questions we have. We cannot recommend them enough.
